If you do not know or have forgotten your username and password
- Connect to address.udayton.edu
- Select the Reset Password link in the left column.
- Complete a form that looks like this.
Do not use nicknames or campus address
Do Not use Street, St., Road, Rd., or other address abbreviations.
- Click on the Next Button. Your username and new password will be displayed.
- Click the Change This button to finish.
Authenticate now
If the above directions do not work, then contact the UD Computer Help Desk at 229-3888
If you can not get into a database via the UD web site, try www.ohiolink.edu, and use your 8 digit UD identification number (found on your university ID). Connect to www.ohiolink.edu
