Copying in the Library
Q: Can photocopies be made?
Yes. Copy machines are located in the 1st floor lobby and on the 2nd floor.
Q: Can I make copies from microfiche?
Yes. The library has machines that can make paper copies from microforms.
They are located on the 2nd floor in the Current Periodicals room and in
the Microforms room. The library also owns a digitizing microfiche/microfilm
reader that will convert a microfiche/microfilm article into computer readable form.
Q: How much are the copies?
Photocopies cost 5 cents apiece. Copies from microforms are 10 cents apiece.
Q: What are copy cards?
Copy cards are debit cards for the photocopiers. You may purchase copy cards for an initial cost of $5, which comes with $4 worth of copies. After the first purchase you may add more money to the card in $1 increments.
The copy card vending machines are located in the 1st floor lobby as well as on the 2nd floor near the photocopiers.
Q: Do all the machines take money?
No. Some machines only take copy cards.
If you do not see a coin box next to the copier, then you must use a copy card.
