Refunds
PHOTOCOPY MACHINE REFUNDS
This refund is handled by the Circulation/Reserve desk staff.
The maximum photocopy refund is 25¢ per patron. Refunds are
given after checking the damaged copy and the copy machine to verify
the problem. If the problem cannot be solved in-house a company
technician is notified and an out-of-order sign is to be placed on the
machine.
COPY/PRINT CARD DISPENSER/VALUE MACHINE REFUNDS
A refund will be issued ONLY when a bill has been lodged in the
dispenser/value adder machine. A refund request must be given to the
circulation/reserve desk staff. It will be verified and processed for a
refund the next working day. The library is not responsible for
replacing copy cards that have been improperly inserted into the
dispenser/value adder machines and are damaged in the process.
