A valid identification card is required for all borrowing transactions.

A lost University ID card or courtesy card should be reported immediately at the Circulation/Reserve desk. University of Dayton users should also report the lost card to the Registrars Office. New University ID cards are dispensed through Food Services, Powerhouse Room 201.

The owner of a lost or stolen ID card is financially responsible for all library materials borrowed on the card before he or she reports its loss to the library.
